Hideo Prepping a Pre-TGS Announcement this Weekend

Following suit with several companies announcing their line-up for upcoming gaming trade shows such as GamesCom (August 18 to 22) and Tokyo Game Show (September 16 to 19), Hideo Kojima recently teased that he would be making an announcement this coming weekend.
Translated from his Twitter:
"Typhoon 4. It looks like it won't have an effect on the weekend. Thank goodness! However, my health is bad. Prior to TGS, we'll have a big announcement (?) on Saturday or Sunday, so I must recover.
...
ZOE3 and so forth -- it's not that big an announcement. However, I think you will be happy."
